The Kathy Booher Junior Fair Improvement Fund!  Kathy was Ottawa County's Extension Educator and the fearless leader of our 4-H program for 26 years. We created this fund to bring to life some of Kathy's visions for the Jr. Fair and to simply make it the best that it can be.
