Looking for a venue for your next event?

 

The Ottawa County Fairgrounds provides the perfect space for your next meeting,

birthday, graduation party, wedding, swap-meet, wrestling event, etc.! 

 

Located along the Portage River, the fairgrounds offers a scenic and rustic atmosphere for your special event. 

 

Nearly every building and area at the fairgrounds can be rented out for use! 

 

Please contact the Sr. Fairboard office to check availability and obtain a pricing and a contract.

DAMSCHRODER HALL (B3)

  • 40’ x 120’

  • Year around heating and cooling

  • Moveable bars and commercial refrigerator

  • Restrooms attached*

  • Capacity

    • Conference: 425 seats

    • Events: 275 comfortable with dance floor and food service (300 tighter)

    • 30 – 8 ft tables, 26 round tables

 

JR. FAIR BARN (B2)

  • 50’ x 100’

  • Available April – November

  • No HVAC

  • Restrooms attached*

  • Capacity

    • Conference: 450 seats

    • Events: 300 comfortable with dance floor and food service

    • 30 – 8 ft tables, 26 round tables

      • Additional tables available

 

GENOA BANK PAVILION

  • Best for small weddings, graduation parties, family gatherings

  • 50’ x 80’

  • Available April – November

  • No HVAC

  • Single restroom attached

  • Prep kitchen with fridge and sinks

  • Capacity

    • 300 and side doors can be opened for outdoor events

    • Chairs, tables and benches as needed

 

SHOWBARN

  • 60’ x 120’

  • Available April – November

  • No HVAC

  • Restrooms rented separately

  • Bleacher seating

 

OTHER AREAS AVAILABLE

  • Shelter house, woods, riverfront, etc. (call Fairboard office to discuss!)
