* Entry Fee: 10% of First Place Premium * Youth - 18 yrs. and under must have rider on board
* No refunds on classes that are scratched. * Can't use same horse for Men's and Women's cart classes.
* Youth exhibitor may drive in Youth or Open Classes but may not drive in both.
* Show management reserves the right to combine classes if less than 3 entries in a class.
